Today I spent some time with a friend who’s dear mother has been battling cancer for years. This woman is the most angelic, beautiful, giving, loving woman I have ever met. She is losing her battle and has decided to discontinue treatment. My heart is broken. Broken. How do you say goodbye? How do you ever tell her how much she means to so many people? How do you hug her and not cry? I don’t know what to do for her and her family but I will pray. Pray for God to give her peace during this time and help her to feel all of the love this community will be sending her way. Just a sad day today. Appreciate your loved ones. Hug them, kiss them, tell them how much you love them. Every day. A.
